Dr Oluwatosin Busayo Igbayiloye is a senior lecturer at the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law, Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin. She has served as various board representatives and committees at the University. Dr Igbayiloye is a Commonwealth Fellow and a member of other professional bodies within and outside Nigeria. She is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Dr Igbayiloye has published journal articles and chapters in books in reputable outlets both nationally and internationally. Her research interests include human rights law, business and human rights (protection of human rights and the environment from the impacts of mining activities), and rights of persons with disabilities.
