John obtained his LL.B degree from the University of Ilorin in 2015, followed by completing his Law School Vocational Studies at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja Campus, and Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016. Subsequently, he pursued his Masters of Law degree at his alma mater, (University of Ilorin), graduating with an LL.M in 2020.
Currently, John is enrolled in a Ph.D. program at the University of Ilorin, specializing in Electoral Jurisprudence. He joined the service of the University in 2023 and has since contributed significantly to both the faculty and the institution. Notable roles include serving as the Secretary of the Planning Committee for the first Inaugural Public Lecture organized by the Institute of Legislative Studies and participating as a member of the Faculty of Law Public Lecture on Drug Abuse Prevention and Counselling Committee.
John is presently lecturing at the Department of Jurisprudence, Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin, Ilorin.
